There's little more to add to this piece. It's a flawed movie that has some redeeming moments but not enough of them to keep you interested for two hours. Solid acting though. Unfortunately the review got chopped a bit, and in this instance, not for the better. A scene description regarding a painlessly unfunny but supposedly comedic scene, wherein the protagonist (the son that is) got jumped on by his high, closet queer brother-in-law got removed because the review was running too long. A shame, but you still get the gist of things: Road North (or Tie Pohjoiseen, if you prefer Finnish) isn't really worth your time. A shame.
